'The Event Tent’ Port Douglas evolved from the love of celebrating and theming life’s special events for friends and family! We create picnic gatherings with a coastal style and relaxed vibe. Our specialty Romantic Picnic Proposals, being long time locals of Port Douglas, we know all the secret spots for your special soiree and can help create magical memories with our event and party planning for all occasions, using bespoke tents, canopies & props to glam up your unique event. We are an environmentally conscious business and promote the use of limited plastic in gathering instead we try to use natural materials, fabrics and recyclable paper products as possible. Our services include popup picnics for any occasion including proposal picnics hen's days, baby showers/blessings, proposal planning, elopements and glamping packages for parties and romantic staycations, our boutique party styling caters for smaller intimate gatherings.
